Should I Ask For a Sizing Recommendation?
If you find yourself asking this question, chances are you should email us and ask for a sizing recommendation. Here are the reasons:
Statistically, if you ask us for a sizing recommendation before placing an order, your chance of being unsatisfied with your purchase is close to zero. We have received hundreds of requests for returns/exchanges, and we found something they have in common: the customer never asked us for a sizing recommendation in advance. The reverse is also true: we have rarely run into a situation where the customer asked us for a sizing recommendation in advance, and they ended up not liking what they bought.
So if you find yourself guessing about which size to get, it's probably a good idea to write us an email and ask for a sizing recommendation. It only takes 2 minutes, and it does no harm. Answering sizing questions is one of our top priorities. If writing emails is intimidating, here is a template:
Subject: Sizing Question
Content: I want to buy [name of the product]. My waist measurement is [...] and my hips measurement is [...]. Which size should I get? Thanks!
If you don't know your own body measurements, it may be time to invest in a measuring tape. Sizing can vary dramatically from brand to brand, and from product to product. In order to know which size of a product will fit you best, you have to correctly measure yourself, and compare your measurements with the size chart. There's no shortcuts.
In order for our sizing recommendations to be helpful, it is crucial that you provide us with your accurate body measurements. If you are new to taking your body measurements, this is a video for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fbw5AwnBX0s&t=249s
If you somehow feel embarrassed about sharing your body measurements with us, we want to assure you that we are here to help, instead of passing judgements. Inclusivity is at the core of our mission - we strongly believe no one should feel embarrassed about the way their body is shaped. This is exactly why we make our designs and products accessible to people with a wide range of body types.
Also, we believe acknowledging the unique shape of your body is the first step towards self-acceptance and self-confidence. Additionally, having high-quality garments that fit you can be very impactful on your journey towards self-acceptance and self-confidence.
Returns and exchanges are costly, not just for you and us, but also for the environment. Think about how many miles the return package will need to travel from your home to our warehouse, as well as the labor and energy needed to complete the trip. Let's shop responsibly and do our part to help reduce the environmental impact related to e-commerce.

The gist of all this is very simple: ask us for a sizing recommendation. It's good for you, good for us, and good for the planet.
