Shipping policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Preorders:
Preorder items usually take 6 to 8 weeks to be shipped. The estimated delivery timeline is clearly stated on the product page. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there can be unexpected issues that cause delays, including production taking longer than expected, or unexpected issues during the shipping process. The estimated delivery timeline is only a rough estimate, not a guarantee. Please take this into consideration before placing an order.
We will post updates on delivery timelines on our IG account (@shinybynature) periodically. You may also reach out to us via email (shinybynature@gmail.com) to inquire about delivery estimates.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time Frames:
Starting from March 2022, we are offering same-day/next-day shipping for orders with only in-stock items. Orders with only in-stock items can be shipped out as fast as within 30 min. Please be extra careful when placing your order, and make sure you ordered the correct items and put in the correct shipping address. Once your package is shipped out, we will not issue you a refund.
We are currently using USP for all domestic order, and USPS for all international orders. If your address is not supported by UPS (P.O. box for example), we will use USPS Priority Mail, which is similar to UPS in terms of reliability and costs.
Depending on your location, your package may arrive within 2 days, or take much longer time to be delivered. Please be considerate as factors that cause a package to be delayed are often out of our control, such as holiday rush, extreme weather conditions, or customs clearance.
Our main warehouse is currently located in New Jersey. Here is a list of shipping time estimates for reference:
East Coast (NY, SC, FL, etc): 1 to 2 days
Midwest (WI, MN, IL, MI, etc): 2 to 3 days
West Coast (CA, WA, OR): 5 to 7 days
International Shipping:
Additional taxes & duties may apply to international orders when clearing customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these taxes & duties to receive package. Failure to do so will cause your package to be abandoned, and we will not issue a refund for your order.
The amount of fees that the shipping carrier charges the customer can vary from time to time, and is out of our control. We are not responsible for these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to do their research about the potential taxes, duties, and fees related to their own country before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it is assumed that the customer has made an informed decision, and has agreed to pay taxes, duties, and fees to receive their package.
Orders with both in-stock and preorder items:
Orders with both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped out once the preorder items are available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items in your order sooner, please reach out to us via email (shinybynature@gmail.com).
Failed Deliveries
When a delivery issue arises, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and take delivery on time. If the shipping carrier attempts to deliver the package, but the attempt fails due to the customer being unable to receive the package, we will not issue a refund for the customer's order or send a replacement package.
If a package fails to be delivered for reasons other than the customer's negligence, such as a package lost in transit, the customer shall contact us via email to discuss about potential remedies to the situation.
