Access to our services
The customer is granted a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to access our website (shinybynature.com) and use its functionalities on the condition that:
1) The customer is at least 18 years old.
2) The customer is not engaged in any unlawful activities while shopping at our online store.
3) The customer is not engaged in any activities potentially harmful to our brand and business.
4) The customer is not engaged in any activities that negatively interfere with other customers' shopping experience.
We ("Shiny By Nature Inc.") reserve the right to ban any person from accessing our website and refuse to conduct business with any person, if we suspect the person has broken the agreements mentioned above. Furthermore, if we suspect a person is engaged in unlawful activities while using our services, we will immediately report such behavior to legal authorities, and the person may face corresponding legal consequences.
Availability of products
All products sold on our website are subject to availability. The availability of all products may change at any time. We reserve the right to change the availability of any product at any time without notifying the potential customer. If the customer has placed an order, and one or more than one items on their order are found to be out of stock, we will notify the customer via email. The customer will be given a choice to get a refund for items that are out of stock, or exchange those items for other items that are in stock.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the price at which they purchase the item. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of any item on our website at any time without notifying anyone. The customer is not entitled for a refund for items that are priced higher than the price at which the customer originally bought them for.
We usually offer a discount during the preorder period of a product. After the preorder period ends, the price for that product usually goes up. We do not have the obligation to notify the customer by how much the price for an item will go up. We do not have the obligation to explain why the price for a particular item will go up. After the new price for an item is posted on our website, it is effective immediately.
The preorder period for a new product usually lasts for approximately a week. We reserve the right to lengthen or shorten the preorder period for any item at any time without notifying anyone. We also reserve the right to end the preorder period for any item at any time without notifying anyone.
We do not have the obligation to notify the customer before modifying the length of the preorder period for a product. We do not have the obligation to explain why the preorder period for a product has changed. After the preorder period for a product is modified on our website, it is effective immediately.

Attempts to contact our customer support via other channels such as Instagram will unfortunately be ignored.
After sending your questions or requests via email, please allow us 1 to 2 business days to respond. If we are particularly busy during certain periods of time, we may need significantly longer time to respond.

Malicious and unlawful behavior
If a customer attempts to threaten us for their material benefits or any other reasons, we will immediately report such behavior to legal authorities.
If any person is intentionally doing harm to our brand and business by spreading lies, threatening the personal safety of our staff, or any other unlawful behavior, we will immediately report such incidents to legal authorities and seek legal action.

The customer has the responsibility to decide if a particular product on our website suits their needs. If the customer is unable to make the correct decision based on the information that we provide, we are not liable for any dissatisfaction the customer may experience.
If the customer uses our products in ways that differ from the ways in which the products are intended to be used, we are not liable for any damage or injuries that may occur.
If the customer uses our products to engage in unlawful activities, we are not liable for any legal implications due to the customer's misuse of our products.
