Size Guide
All measurements are of the garment itself, not body measurements.
This cardigan is meant to fit oversized.
To get a similar fit to the model, we recommend going with the size which has a bust measurement around 12-13 inches larger than your own bust measurement.
For example, the model is wearing the size Large and has a bust size of 40 inches.

We usually ship out orders within 1 - 2 business days.
During peak seasons, processing times could be longer than usual. We will display a text box at checkout to indicate the current timeframe.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

To simplify the return & exchange process, we now only issue refunds in store credits. For exchanges, you can simply use the store credits to purchase the new size.
To submit a return request, please register an account on our website or on the Shop app, and submit a request from your account dashboard. Return requests are usually approved within 24 hours.
You can submit a return request within 14 days after the date of delivery. After your request is approved, a return label will be sent to you via email, and you will have 7 days to drop off the package at the post office. Store credits will be sent to you via email around the 7th day after your return request is approved.
We will bear the costs of return shipping. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, and total value of the items you request to return exceed $100, we may deduct $15 shipping costs from the refund.
Detailed return instructions will be sent to you via email along with the return label.
This simplified return & exchange process increases the efficiency of our customer service, and helps cover part of the necessary costs related to returns. In this way, we can lower our operational expenses, and keep our products as affordable as possible! 🌻
Note:
We currently cannot accommodate international returns or exchanges because we do not have access to international return labels. If you ship the package back to us yourself, the shipping costs will likely be much higher than the value of the items themselves.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout ($2 per package). With shipping protection, if your package is lost or stolen, we will send you a replacement package free of charge, or issue a full refund.
Without shipping protection, we are generally not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if they are shipped to the address on the record and marked as delivered by shipping carriers.

While we will try our best to correct the errors before your package is shipped out, it's not something we can guarantee 100%. Once your package is shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes on our end, and we will not be able to refund your order and send you a new package for free.
