How Preorders Work
As we are working hard to catch up with our rapidly growing demand, some of our products will be on preorder/backorder from time to time - here are a few things to pay attention to when you place an order that contains one or more preorder items:
The shipping estimate is clearly stated on the product page - please know that potential delays could happen due to various factors during production and transportation that are often out of our control. Please take this into consideration when placing your order!

How do I know if an item is on preorder or not?
When you add a preorder item to your cart, there will be a line of text below the buy button that says "this item is backordered and will ship as soon as it's back in stock" - or, when you go to your shopping cart, the same line of text will also appear next to whatever items in your cart that are on preorder!
What is the normal length of a production cycle?
A full production cycle from start to finish can take somewhere between one to two months, depending on the complexity of the product and the current workload of our factory!
After the production is complete, the inventories usually take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, and then a few more days to be put on shelf and ready to ship. Taking all these factors into consideration, it can take 10 weeks or more since the beginning of the production for a preorder product to be fully ready to ship!
What are the factors that may cause potential delays?
Sometimes, after the production already begins, some of our videos would go viral, then suddenly... boom! Orders start flying in, far exceeding our initial production volumes...
In this case, we would have to urgently increase our production volumes, but the completion date for the later batch would inevitably be later than the initial batch. Also, the increase of the amount of work would slow down our overall production rates to a certain extent.
Other factors that may lead to potential delays are 1) shortage of fabrics supplies, 2) factory or warehouse is temporarily short-staffed, 3) inventories taking longer in transit, etc.
We are making efforts and learning lessons to mitigate these risk factors so our delivery timelines can be as reliable as possible!
What to do if I need to make changes to my order?
If your order has not been shipped, and you'd like to change your shipping address, or change any item to a different size, please reach out via email (email@example.com) or send us a DM on Instagram, and we'll get back to you normally within 24 business hours!
Please note that making changes to your order may cause it to lose its spot on the queue - this is usually not a concern, because it will likely still fall into the same production batch, but sometimes it might lead to potential delays to your order - if you are particularly concerned about this, please let us know when reaching out :)

We are well aware of the challenges we need to overcome to stay on top of our sustained growth, and we are actively investing our time and resources to increase our production capacities, and to stock up our most popular products!
It is indeed a privileged situation for us to have such overwhelming demand for our products - we are deeply grateful for all your enthusiasm and support!
